Well the enjoyement ppl get from games like these will probably differ from person to person.

For example, I like it if the porn features are part of the combat, a good example you can find on steam is Taima Miko Yuugi, unfortunately it's translation is pretty bad. If you play a lot of H games like I do, you'll start to figure out what features about them you like, which helps you pick the gems out from the trash. Some of the others Kagura games have done are also good, but a number of them are trash too. There are some though, Lilitales for example, is a good H game that got ported to steam.
That said, you won't find it on steam, H games on steam is a relatively new thing, so there aren't a lot of good H games on steam yet. Evil Goddess for example is a probably my favorite RPG maker H game, or favorite H game period, and it's gameplay is pretty good. They're not all trash in the gameplay department either. While most RPG maker H games can definitely be considered trash in the gameplay department, that doesn't necessarily make them trash if the art and story circumstances that lead to it are good.
